A Healthy Medley of Seven Whole Grains
Our mixes are based on a virtuous blend of seven different whole grains: Brown Rice, Buckwheat, Teff, Flaxseed, Millet, Oats, and Sorghum. We needed all of them to get the taste and texture just right! They also make our mixes much more nutritious than what is typical, and provide a more wholesome, filling product that stays with you much longer than conventional gluten-free mixes.
It is very important to us that our products are gluten-free – after all, our founder has celiac! But we didn't want that to get in the way of quality taste and texture, so we scoured the earth for as many naturally gluten-free flours as it took to make our products as good as – or better than – their traditional wheat-based counterparts.
